This program is designed to provide full body strength and conditioning training for a team to compliment and balance the physical development of each athlete and maximize their performance. Training will aid in preventing injuries , injury recovery and repair. Training will also keep the body balanced from over used dominant muscles during the rigor of a season.
First and foremost Gladiator Team Training works on proper form, posture and technique. A proper dynamic warm up and cool down is provided at the beginning and end of each session. We will design a workout program to suit your team 's needs based on their sport, age and competitive level. A curriculum is followed to ensure progress is being made during the season.
Gladiator Team Training focuses on core muscle groups, agility, speed and overall body strength for the whole team. This is an intense high paced circuit session with 9-10 exercises in 60 minutes. Each workout will be different so the athlete will not get bored and different muscle groups are challenged at various angles to improve muscular balance.
Older age teams will focus more on Olympic and power lifts to maintain their strength and explosiveness over the course of a long season.
All training occurs in The Coliseum a beautiful 6000sq/ft training facility loaded with all the finest equipment to provide variety , offer the latest techniques and to speed player development.
